The team consists of three participants. Every participant chooses one of the three fields of sports. In addition, choose one team member to participate in the boat race. Every team should include at least one woman, if possible.

Please select 1 Practical Workshop for every participant (1st choice and 2nd choice).The following regions are available: the Onion Route, Setomaa, Võrumaa, Valgamaa (practical workshop). Practical work is performed within the framework of a study trip. The fee will be included in the invoice sent to you: the Onion Route 55€, Setomaa 60€, Võrumaa 55€, Valgamaa 60€

Please bring along exciting dishes from the cuisine of your region - we will serve these at the European Buffet on the evening of 13 June. Every country will have the opportunity to give a 1-minute introduction of their cuisine - contact other LAGs in your country and find out what they are planning to bring and how to present it together. In the description of the dishes, please indicate the tools necessary for serving.

Catering: do any of you require vegetarian food? Does anyone have specific food allergies?

As the manager or the person in charge of the Leader Region/participating institution, I hereby affirm that the people, who are participating with my permission in the LINC 2012 officially belong to the personnel of the Leader Region/participating institution, which I lead or are regional stakeholders (bodies realizing projects, board members).

I acknowledge the official competition rules (coming soon). I am aware that the participation in all of the events is at our own risk and that the organiser does not assume liability for any lost equipment.

Many of the events will take place in open air. Before departure, please check the weather forecast and pack the necessary clothes.

The conference fee includes: the opening and closing dinner, the sports day dinner, catering at the European Buffet event, and registration fee (all together 104€ per person) .

After the completion of the registration form, a confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail address. Invoices will be based on the ordered items and we kindly ask you to pay the invoices within 10 workdays.
